We approach every detail of hosting your event with the care as if it were our own. Below is a list of our amenities we offer to ensure a wonderful Coze event experience:

DAY RENTAL RATES
SUNDAY (Before 5PM) $400
4 hours: 1hr load in. 2hr event. 1hr load out. $125 per additional hour.
EVENING RENTAL RATES
FRIDAY - SUNDAY (After 6PM) $600
5 hours: 1hr load in. 3hr event. 1hr load out. $125 per additional hour.
+ Rental includes Venue Coordinator and Security Officer (evening events)
+ Outside food & beverage is permitted, including alcohol. Coze Bartender is required for all events serving alcohol ($100).
+ Deposit to reserve date: $250
+ Latest event end time: 12am (Out by 1am)
Do you want the Coze tea experience for your event? We offer hot pots, iced teas, bubble fruiteas, and milk teas for your event. This service is available based on consumption only. $100 beverage minimum. Remainder of the balance is due at the close of the event. Credit card on file will be charged. Coze Tearista is required to service your event ($75).
