RESERVE OUR STUDIO FOR YOUR NEXT PRIVATE EVENT. OUR INTIMATE SPACE IS PERFECT FOR BIRTHDAYS, SHOWERS, BOOK SIGNINGS, LAUNCH PARTIES, & SOCIAL GATHERINGS UNDER 50 GUESTS. WE WOULD LOVE TO HOST YOUR EVENT IN THE HEART OF SMV.

DAY RENTAL RATES

SUNDAY - TUESDAY (Before 5PM) $400

4 hours: 1hr load in. 2hr event. 1hr load out. $125 per additional hour.

EVENING RENTAL RATES

MONDAY - THURSDAY (After 5PM) $100 per hour

3 hour minimum. 1 hour load out required.

FRIDAY - SUNDAY (After 6PM : Sunday after 7PM) $500

5 hours: 1hr load in. 3hr event. 1hr load out. $125 per additional hour.

+ Rental includes Venue Coordinator and Security Officer (evening events)

+ Outside food & beverage is permitted, including alcohol. Coze Bartender required for all events serving alcohol ($100). 

+ Deposit to reserve date: $250

+ Latest event end time: 12am (Out by 1am)
